Rueshaw needs no introduction. With his semen selling for over $20,000 per straw, there is a huge demand for his genetics. In 1976 Rueshaw (IMP JAP) was one of two of the very first Wagyu bulls ever to leave Japan. Rueshaw was the Japanese Red National Champion Bull in 1975. He originated from the Kumamoto Region which is the heart of the Japanese Akaushi breeding capital. He possessed a valuable outcross of blood in his genetic makeup that is vital to the Akaushi stud breeders.

Tamamaru is one of the most widely used and predictable Akaushi bulls due to his consistency and legendary mother, Dai-Hachi 8 Marunami. There's no other foundation sire that can add the length of body and stoutness of structure. His sire, Dai-Go 5 Tamanami Tokkyu 96 provides a slight outcross to the rest of the 1994 importation. Tamamaru is a paternal sib to the foundation cow Dai 9 Kobai 73. Tamamaru is F11 free.

Judo was imported with Rueshaw into America in 1976 for research purposes. He is an outcross to the 1994 importation of reds. Semen collected is limited and in high demand in the states. Judo is F11 carrier.

Hikari came to America carrying on the strengths of the dominant Japanese sires Dai 10 Mitsumaru and Namimaru in one package. Hikari sons excel in calving ease and his daughters are some of the heaviest milking Akaushi females in the breed. His impact on the breed will be long lasting. Hikari is F11 carrier.

His sire, Hikari, was born in Kumamoto Prefecture and was one of the three Red Wagyu Bulls exported by Mannet for Englewood Farms in 1994. His dam, Kaedemaru, is the first Fullblood Red Wagyu born outside of Japan. The progeny from this sire have been spectacular and physically appealing. Semen is limited in supply.
